Voor het Programma AI Innovatie & Implementatie zoeken wij floorwalkers voor de dienst Onderwijs, Cultuur en Welzijn (OCW). Je ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer en geeft trainingen aan verschillende teams over Microsoft Copilot en andere AI-oplossingen. Je maakt de mogelijkheden begrijpelijk en helpt medewerkers om ermee te oefenen. Daarbij sluit je aan bij hun werkzaamheden, ervaring en digitale vaardigheden. Zo help je teams om AI op een passende en verantwoorde manier toe te passen. In deze functie krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de manier waarop medewerkers AI verantwoord en praktisch inzetten in hun dagelijkse werk. Je werkt samen met enthousiaste collega's uit verschillende disciplines en ziet de impact van jouw werk direct terug in de praktijk. Wat ga je doen Je bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar binnen OCW. Je beantwoordt vragen, kijkt mee met het dagelijkse werk en helpt medewerkers ontdekken waar AI hen kan ondersteunen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Voorbereiden en geven van teamtrainingen en workshops. Je stemt de inhoud en oefeningen af op de werkzaamheden, leervragen en kennisniveaus van het team. - Geven van individuele begeleiding, demonstraties en inloopspreekuren. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld bij het formuleren van prompts, opstellen van teksten en samenvatten of structureren van informatie. - Uitleg geven over verantwoord AI-gebruik. Je besteedt aandacht aan het gemeentelijke AI-beleid, zorgvuldig omgaan met gegevens en het controleren van AI-uitkomsten. - Ophalen van vragen, ervaringen en knelpunten. Je signaleert kansen voor slimmer werken en koppelt deze terug aan het Programma AI Innovatie & Implementatie. - Delen van praktisch...
