The posting

In het kort: Je gaat tijdens een interne verhuizing werkplekken afkoppelen, verplaatsen en opnieuw aansluiten, bekabeling netjes wegwerken, werkplekken testen en wijzigingen registreren, onder begeleiding van een coördinator en local support medewerker. Wij zijn Ons. Wij leveren de beste bedrijfsvoeringsoplossing aan overheden in de regio Zwolle, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op een goede dienstverlening richting de samenleving. We doen dat op het gebied van ICT, HR en Inkoop & Contractmanagement. Onze partner Gemeente Zwolle gaat intern verhuizen en SSC Ons levert hiervoor ondersteuning. Circa 140 werkplekken worden verplaatst en daarnaast worden er 150 nieuwe werkplekken ingericht. Dit gebeurt in 3 fasen. Hiervoor zoeken wij 2 medewerkers die voor deze opdracht ingezet kunnen worden. Dit betreft een ‘duo-opdracht’, wat wil zeggen dat beide medewerkers via dezelfde leverancier worden ingehuurd. De werkzaamheden zullen op de volgende data uitgevoerd worden: - 26 oktober afkoppelen zone A - 10, 11, 12 november aansluiten zone A - 16 november afkoppelen zone B en C - 1, 2, 3 december aankoppelen zone B en C - 7 december afkoppelen zone D en E - 21, 22, 23 december aankoppelen zone D en E Verwachte inzet betreft totaal 12 dagen van 8.30-17.00 uur, maar is mede afhankelijk van de voortgang. Omschrijving opdracht De werkzaamheden zullen door SSC Ons gecoördineerd worden. De coördinator zal tijdens uitvoering van de opdracht paraat staan, daarnaast zal een Local Support medewerker van SSC Ons tijdens de klus op locatie aanwezig zijn voor begeleiding. Opdracht De werkzaamheden per fase bestaan de 1e dag uit het afkoppelen van apparatuur en later het (terug)plaatsen van de hardware (beeldschermen) en het aansluiten en wegwerken van bekabeling. Iedere aangesloten werkplek wordt getest en in onze CMDB worden alle aanpassingen verwerkt. Eindresultaat van de opdracht is dat alle werkplekken getest zijn en goed functionerend kunnen worden opgeleverd aan onze partner. Profiel.
