Seit über 20 Jahren führen wir mit viel Leidenschaft unser kleines, feines Blumengeschäft im wunderschönen Mühlviertel. Von klassischen Sträußen und kreativen Gestecken für drinnen und draußen über stilvolle Hotel-, Büro- und Eventdekorationen bis hin zur liebevollen Grabgestaltung - bei uns wird Handwerk und Kreativität großgeschrieben.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Florist/in eine engagierte Unterstützung für 11 bis 15 Wochenstunden.

Das bringen Sie mit (Anforderungen & Kompetenzen):

* Erfahrung & Leidenschaft: Sie sind ausgebildete/r Florist:in oder eine kreative Hobby-Florist:in mit floristischen Grundkenntnissen.

* Handwerkliches Geschick: Das Binden von Sträußen und Gestalten von Gestecken bereitet Ihnen Freude.

* Kreatives Auge: Sie haben einen Blick für Farben, Formen und Dekorationen (z. B. für Events, Hotels und Büros).

* Verlässlichkeit & Teamgeist: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, packen gerne mit an und sind verlässlich.

* Mobilität: Ein eigener PKW ist für das Erreichen unseres Standorts sowie für eventuelle Lieferungen/Dekorationen vor Ort von Vorteil.

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

* Die Bezahlung erfolgt fair und transparent laut Kollektivvertrag (mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung).
