FlorGalerie® ist ein luxuriöses Floral Atelier in 1070 Wien, spezialisiert auf individuelle Premium-Bouquets, Hochzeitsfloristik und handgefertigte Arrangements.

Jeder Strauß wird exklusiv nach Kundenwunsch gestaltet - mit frischen Blumen höchster Qualität und viel Liebe zum Detail.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Florist_in mit umfangreicher Erfahrung Aufgabenbereich:

* selbstständige Anfertigung hochwertiger Sträuße, Gestecke, Kränze und floraler Arrangements

* professionelle Umsetzung individueller Kundenwünsche

* persönliche Kundenberatung und Verkauf

* Mitarbeit im Bereich Hochzeits-, Event-, Saison- und Trauerfloristik

* fachgerechte Verarbeitung, Pflege und Präsentation von Schnittblumen und Pflanzen

* Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Atelierstandards

Anforderungen:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Florist_in oder eine gleichwertige fachliche Qualifikation

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung in der Hochzeits-, Event- oder Trauerfloristik ist von Vorteil.

* selbstständige Anfertigung hochwertiger Sträuße, Gestecke und floraler Arrangements

* sicherer Umgang mit Schnittblumen

* ausgeprägtes Gespür für Farben, Formen und Proportionen

* Erfahrung in der Kund_innenberatung

* sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse für die Kund_innenberatung und die Kommunikation im Team

* Ukrainische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

Wir bieten:

* unbefristetes Dienstverhältnis

* Vollzeit oder Teilzeit nach Vereinbarung

* 30 bis 40 Wochenstunden

* verteilt auf vier bis fünf Arbeitstage pro Woche

* Bereitschaft zu fallweisen Samstagsdiensten nach Dienstplan

Öffnungszeiten nach Absprache:

* Montag - Freitag: 09:00 - 19:00 Uhr , Samstag: 09:00 - 14:00 Uhr;

Die Arbeitszeit erfolgt nach Vereinbarung im Rahmen eines im Voraus erstellten Dienstplans innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten. Samstagsdienste sind fallweise bis 14:00 Uhr vorgesehen, jedoch nicht an jedem Samstag.

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt in der Lohnkategorie ,Florist_In ab dem 3. Jahr` EUR 2.103,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 40 Wochenstunden.

Die tatsächliche Einstufung und Entlohnung erfolgen entsprechend der nachgewiesenen Qualifikation und den anrechenbaren Berufsjahren. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht. Bei Teilzeitbeschäftigung erfolgt die Entlohnung aliquot.
