The posting

Ervaring met CNC-bewerking of in een andere technische productieomgeving is gewenst. Je hebt kennis van bewerkingsgereedschappen en opspanningstechnieken en kunt technische tekeningen en CNC-programma's lezen. CNC-programmeerervaring is niet vereist.

Werk jij graag met CNC-machines, geautomatiseerde systemen en technisch uitdagende producten? Als FMS-operator bij HTM MMI in Venray werk je in een moderne productieomgeving met drie grote horizontale Okuma-bewerkingscentra en een geautomatiseerd palletsysteem.

Je stelt de FMS-lijn in en bedient deze, laadt en positioneert materialen en bewaakt het bewerkingsproces. Je werkt met ongeveer 60 machinepallets en 60 materiaallocaties en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste gereedschappen, opspanningen en instellingen worden gebruikt. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen en CNC-programma's controleer je de bewerkte onderdelen en zorg je ervoor dat ze aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.

Je signaleert afwijkingen en storingen, lost kleine technische problemen op en schakelt collega's in wanneer extra ondersteuning nodig is. CNC-programmeerervaring is niet vereist. Goed technisch inzicht, zelfstandigheid en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker. Je werkt in twee ploegen en ondersteunt, wanneer de FMS-lijn rustiger is, de frees- of draaiafdeling.

HTM MMI biedt een informele en nuchtere werksfeer met korte lijnen en een hecht team. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je ontvangt een direct contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband, een salaris passend bij je kennis en ervaring, ploegentoeslag, reiskostenvergoeding, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen.
