Werken bij FONK

Soms moet het eerst even vonken voordat er echt iets beweegt. Bij FONK stellen we scherpe vragen, kijken we anders naar vraagstukken en zoeken we naar oplossingen die verder gaan dan de gebaande paden.

We werken uitsluitend voor publieke organisaties en helpen hen om betere keuzes te maken met publiek geld. Bijvoorbeeld bij woningbouw, projectontwikkeling en de verduurzaming. Je werkt bij verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen het publieke domein, meestal aan één opdracht tegelijk. Je helpt organisaties om financiële sturing te verbeteren en zorgt ervoor dat cijfers daadwerkelijk leiden tot betere keuzes. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Financiële beheersing van projecten en programma's: prognoses, risico's, voortgangsrapportages en bijsturing. • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van de planning- en controlcyclus: begroting, tussentijdse rapportages en jaarrekening. • Adviseren op Businesscases en grondexploitaties toetsen. • Directie, bestuur en projectleiders adviseren in heldere taal. • Verbeteren van de informatievoorziening en werkwijze bij de opdrachtgever. • Sparren met het FONK-team over opdrachten, aanpak en ontwikkeling. • Deelname aan de feestcommissie van FONK.

Je werkt aan opdrachten van ongeveer drie tot twaalf maanden. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om verschillende organisaties, vraagstukken en werkwijzen te leren kennen.
