Fontanería y Climatización (Perfiles Senior +55) Instalaciones Climate Zone S.L. busca incorporar Ayudantes / Oficiales de Fontanería y Climatización para nuestro equipo técnico en obra nueva, reformas y locales comerciales en la Comunidad de Madrid.

Esta oferta está especialmente orientada a perfiles senior (+45 años) con experiencia real en obra, responsabilidad y ganas de estabilidad.

Perfiles que buscamos Oficial de Fontanería Oficial de Climatización Instalador/a mixto (fontanería + clima) Experiencia en obra nueva, reformas, locales comerciales o instalaciones completas Funciones principales Montaje e instalación de sistemas de fontanería: tuberías, desagües, bajantes, acometidas y redes de agua. Instalación de climatización y aire acondicionado: equipos, conductos, rejillas, difusores y accesorios. Apoyo en aerotermia y suelo radiante (valorable). Revisión de funcionamiento y resolución de incidencias en obra. Interpretación básica de planos/esquemas. Preparación y organización de material y herramientas. Coordinación con encargados, técnicos y equipo de obra. Cumplimiento de PRL, calidad, plazos, orden y limpieza. Requisitos imprescindibles Documentación en regla para trabajar en España (imprescindible). Experiencia demostrable en fontanería y/o climatización. Conocimientos de instalaciones de aire acondicionado. Jornada completa. Carnet de conducir B (imprescindible). Incorporación inmediata. Persona responsable, organizada y con buena actitud en equipo. Se valorará especialmente Estar inscrito/a como demandante de empleo. Experiencia previa en obra. Autonomía para ejecutar trabajos. Capacidad para organizar materiales y herramientas. Responsabilidad y compromiso con plazos. Buen trato con compañeros, encargados y clientes. Conocimientos en suelo radiante, aerotermia y conductos de fibra. ¿Te interesa?
