Wat breng je mee? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen F&B en een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; - Ervaring in een leidinggeven F&B-rol en een goed begrip van de dagelijkse hoteloperatie; - Een open en energie persoonlijkheid, met het vermogen om mensen mee te krijgen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke focus op service en gastvrijheid; - Commerciële instelling en affiniteit met cijfers, resultaten en KPI's.
