As a Food and Beverage Operational Intern, you become part of the daily operation, delivering service on the floor while ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience. This hands-on role allows you to build strong operational skills across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events, while gaining insight into how exceptional service drives guest satisfaction. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events - Welcome guests with a warm and professional approach - Support mise en place, service preparation, and closing duties - Explain menus, suggest options, and support guests with dietary requirements - Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained - Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow - Stay flexible and support different outlets depending on business needs - Contribute to creating a positive and energetic team environment Essential Requirements - Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program - Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken - Passion for food, drinks, and guest service - Hands-on and proactive attitude - Flexible and eager to learn in a dynamic environment - Availability for an internship of at least 5 months - Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements - Previous experience or strong interest in Food and Beverage or hospitality - Strong interpersonal and teamwor...
