As our Food and Beverage Management Intern , you gain insight and experience in the execution of managerial duties while working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team. Responsibilities * Support the Food and Beverage leadership team in daily operations across all outlets * Lead by example on the floor, ensuring engaging and high-quality guest experiences * Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations * Support activations and events within ARCA Restaurant and Bar and the art'otel gallery * Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling and promotional activities * Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently delivered * Support team communication, shift organisation, and operational flow * Assist with training and coaching team members * Engage with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences * Take ownership of projects that enhance performance and guest satisfaction Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme * Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken * Passion for food, drinks, and guest experience * Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic and creative environment * Availability for an internship of at least 5 months * Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Previous experience or strong interest in Food and Beverage or hospitality * Interest in leadership and commercial performance * Strong interpersonal and teamwork...
