Als Food & Beverage Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige horecawerking binnen Reigersnest. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten dagelijks kunnen genieten van kwalitatieve maaltijden, een vlotte service en een gastvrije beleving. Je bent een inspirerende leidinggevende die het horecateam motiveert en ondersteunt.

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van restaurant, bar en cateringactiviteiten.
  • Aansturen, coachen en evalueren van het keuken,-zaal en afwasteam.
  • Opstellen van werkroosters en personeelsplanning.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid volgens HACCP-richtlijnen.
  • Beheren van budgetten, voorraad en bestellingen.
  • Optimaliseren van operationele processen en dienstverlening.
  • Ontwikkelen van aantrekkelijke food- en beverageconcepten.
  • Prijsonderhandelingen met leveranciers.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de directie en andere afdelingen.
  • Opvolgen van gastenfeedback en streven naar maximale klanttevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring in horeca, hotelmanagement of hospitality.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de horeca.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt kennis van HACCP en voedingswetgeving.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt een goed financieel inzicht.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om af en toe in weekends en vakantieperiodes aanwezig te zijn.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
