Een 5-sterren boutique hotel waarbij het draait om oprechte en persoonlijke service en waar we onvergetelijke ervaringen willen creëren voor onze gasten. Een historische omgeving met 40 prachtige hotelkamers, 4 ruimtes voor evenementen en drie restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Chef's Table até en Twee Michelinsterren bekroonde Restaurant Vinkeles. Als Food & Beverage Trainee zal je voornamelijk werkzaam zijn in Bar Brasserie OCCO, waar ook de heerlijke binnentuin bij hoort. Bar Brasserie OCCO staat voor vakmanschap en kwaliteit. Bekend vanwege de Coffee & Latte Art en tegenwoordig ook zeker van Tea Art. Verse bladeren uit alle thee-uithoeken van de wereld worden voor ons geselecteerd en met het mooie achtergrond verhaal door ons geserveerd. Ook van Cocktails maken wij heuse Art works; van huisgemaakte non-alcoholische Gin tot Bloody Mary van huisgemaakte gefermenteerde tomatensap. De dag begint in Bar Brasserie OCCO met het ontbijt, 's middags is er plaats voor lunch en High Wine, en 's avonds wordt er zowel gedineerd als geborreld. Je bent uiteindelijk in staat om zelfstandig diensten te draaien en hierdoor veel te leren over de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de Food & Beverage afdeling. Hiernaast word je ook ingezet in Restaurant Vinkeles en bij banqueting partijen.
