The posting

Voor een internationale speler in de voedingssector zoeken we een Food Procurement Specialist. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aankopen van grondstoffen en het onderhouden van relaties met landbouwers en leveranciers.

Je krijgt een eigen portefeuille en leert tijdens een uitgebreide opleiding de producten, markt en processen grondig kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert een eigen netwerk van landbouwers en leveranciers.
  • Je maakt afspraken over prijzen, volumes, kwaliteit en leveringsvoorwaarden.
  • Je volgt de beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en aanvoer van producten op.
  • Je werkt mee aan een vlotte aanvoerplanning en stemt af met interne afdelingen.
  • Je houdt marktontwikkelingen binnen de landbouw- en voedingssector in de gaten.
  • Je verwerkt aankoopgegevens en afspraken in de interne systemen en SAP.
  • Je combineert kantoorwerk met regelmatige bezoeken aan landbouwers en leveranciers.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van de aankoopafdeling.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bio-ingenieurswetenschappen.
  • Ervaring binnen voeding, landbouw, aankoop of een commerciële omgeving is een plus.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en bent sterk in communicatie en onderhandelen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
  • Kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je vindt het fijn om zowel op kantoor als op het terrein te werken.
