Voedselveiligheid begint bij een sterke aanpak op de werkvloer. Als Food Safety Lead zorg jij ervoor dat risico's tijdig worden geïdentificeerd, beheerst en opgevolgd. Je combineert een analytische blik met een praktische aanpak en werkt nauw samen met productie en kwaliteit. Voor een moderne voedingsproducent in de regio Lebbeke ben ik op zoek naar iemand die voedselveiligheid verder wil uitbouwen en tegelijk dicht bij de dagelijkse werking wil staan.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je bewaakt de voedselveiligheid binnen de productieomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat de geldende procedures correct worden toegepast.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert HACCP-studies en volgt de belangrijkste voedselveiligheidsrisico's op.
  • Bij incidenten, klachten of afwijkingen analyseer je de oorzaak en bepaal je samen met de betrokken afdelingen de juiste verbeteracties.
  • Je volgt actieplannen op en zorgt ervoor dat corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen effectief worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en trends om mogelijke risico's vroegtijdig te detecteren en preventief bij te sturen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits en zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding en opvolging.
  • Je werkt mee aan risicoanalyses bij wijzigingen aan processen, installaties of werkwijzen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat procedures, werkinstructies en registraties rond voedselveiligheid duidelijk en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je geeft advies en ondersteuning aan medewerkers en productie wanneer voedselveiligheidsvraagstukken zich voordoen.
  • Je organiseert of ondersteunt opleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties rond voedselveiligheid.
  • Je werkt samen met Quality en Operations aan een sterke en gedragen voedselveiligheidscultuur.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voeding, biochemie, microbiologie, chemie of een gelijkaardige wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring binnen Quality of Food Safety in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
