Als Food Safety & Quality Manager speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de voedselveiligheid binnen het logistieke proces.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om te zorgen voor de implementatie en naleving van alle voedselveiligheidsnormen en -richtlijnen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van procedures voor voedselveiligheid binnen ons logistieke netwerk.
  • Het monitoren van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsstandaarden en het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses.
  • Het adviseren van het management over mogelijke verbeteringen en innovaties op het gebied van voedselveiligheid.
  • Het opvolgen van regelgeving en het adviseren over de naleving van internationale voedselveiligheidsnormen en wetgeving mbt veiligheid, milieu, food safety & welzijn.
  • Het opstellen en uitvoeren van trainingen voor medewerkers over voedselveiligheid en hygiënische procedures.
  • Het begeleiden van interne audits en het rapporteren van de bevindingen aan Business Unit Manager
  • Het samenwerken met externe partijen zoals inspecteurs en certificeringsinstanties.
  • Naast het kwaliteitsaspect heb je een affiniteit voor de andere takken van de HSSEQ omgeving.
  • Je zal rapporteren aan de HSSEQ Manager
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Bio-ingenieur of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de logistieke of voedingssector.
  • Kennis van voedselveiligheidsnormen en ervaring met het implementeren ervan.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch en kunt risico's goed inschatten en beheersen.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt zowel op operationeel als strategisch niveau adviseren.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent proactief in het aanpakken van uitdagingen.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Frans is een toegevoegde waarde.
