You ensure that work on the construction site runs smoothly. You manage people and keep track of the schedule, quality, and safety. You coordinate with the office and with the people on-site. You quickly identify what needs to be done and take timely action. - You will lead the construction team and subcontractors on the job site - You monitor progress daily and adjust the schedule as needed - You translate drawings, specifications, and work orders into clear tasks for tradespeople - You check the quality of the work and ensure that agreements are followed - You oversee safety, health, and environmental standards on the construction site - You coordinate additional work, deviations, and bottlenecks with the project manager and document progress until completion Who are you? You maintain a clear overview and enjoy working with people on the construction site. You're not afraid to make decisions and communicate clearly with others.
