Ben jij een ervaren technieker met een passie voor zware machines? Krijg je energie van het oplossen van complexe technische storingen én neem je graag het voortouw binnen een klein team? Voor een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in heftrucks, construction equipment en zwaar rollend materiaal zoeken we een technisch teamlead.

In deze rol werk je dagelijks aan uiteenlopende machines en zet je jouw technische expertise in om diagnoses te stellen en herstellingen succesvol af te ronden.

Jouw taken:

  • Je voert diepgaande diagnoses uit aan heftrucks, bouwmachines, landbouwmachines en ander zwaar rollend materiaal.
  • Je spoort technische storingen op binnen mechanische en hydraulische systemen.
  • Je voert zelf herstellingen uit van begin tot eind.
  • Je inspecteert machines en beoordeeld de kwaliteit van herstellingen voor levering en indienststelling.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat machines volgens deadline hersteld worden.
  • Je stuurt twee techniekers aan.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's/partners bij complexe technische vraagstukken.

Vereisten:

  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond in mechanica en hydraulica en beschikt over een ruime ervaring met zware machines, construction equipment, heftrucks, landbouwmachines of vergelijkbaar materieel.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig storingen analyseren en technische diagnoses stellen.
  • Je hebt voldoende leiderschap om een klein team van techniekers aan te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige rijbewijzen en/of attesten om machines te besturen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan technische uitdagingen aan te pakken.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer, aangezien de locatie moeilijk bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer.
