Tactus Verslavingszorg Forensisch regiebehandelaar (GZ-psycholoog/orthopedagoog generalist) LVB afdeling (32-36 uur) Durf jij het aan, deze pittige baan? Je vindt het een uitdaging om aan de slag te gaan met cliënten voor de behandeling van een verslaving én delict gedrag. Wil jij hier je expertise voor in gaan zetten? Dan is de Piet Roordakliniek in Zutphen op zoek naar jou! - Zutphen - In overleg - WO - 31-10-2026 De locatie De Piet Roordakliniek is een gesloten, forensische verslavingskliniek op beveiligingsniveau 3 en 2. De kliniek biedt mannelijke cliënten een veilige start van detoxificatie van middelen, behandeling en mogelijkheid tot onderzoek op motivatie en behandelbaarheid. Cliënten verblijven gemiddeld 6 tot 9 maanden op één van de 7 verschillende afdelingen. Zij hebben te maken met gemixte problematiek, zoals persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, LVB-problematiek en psychische kwetsbaarheid. Op iedere afdeling werken forensisch sociotherapeuten (agogen) en forensisch begeleiders. Zij worden aangestuurd door een teamleider en een regiebehandelaar. Er wordt gewerkt met verschillende multidisciplinaire teams en er wordt nauw samengewerkt met collega's van de andere afdelingen in de Piet Roordakliniek, de medische dienst en (verslavings)artsen. Jouw werkzaamheden Je bent verbonden aan een LVB-afdeling en vervult daar de rol van regiebehandelaar. In samenwerking met een basispsycholoog geef je vorm aan de behandelinhoud op de afdelingen. Daarnaast geef je inhoudelijke sturing aan het team en verzorg je werkbegeleiding voor de basispsycholoog. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het uitzetten van behandellijnen, het geven van zowel individuele behandelingen als groepstherapie en eventueel het uitvoeren en superviseren van diagnostiek. Als regiebehandelaar bieden wij je op de Piet Roordakliniek veel vrijheid in je werk. Er is sprake van een 'bottom-up'-cultuur, waardoor er volop ruimte is voor eigen inbreng en het aandrag...
