The posting

Actuellement, le SEFoP ASBL recrute pour compléter son équipe à Bruxelles.

Les missions principales de la personne engagée s'articuleront autour de trois axes principaux :

Axe 1 : Formation - Développement et animation de formations à destination autour des problématiques rencontrées par les professionnels du non marchand en milieu populaire (communication non violente, esprit critique, accueil de la différence, citoyenneté...). - Création et promotion d'outils pour les professionnels - Accompagnement de projets et demandes spécifiques des ASBL.

Axe 2 : Animations pour adultes - Développement et animations de modules à destination de publics fragiles (ISP, Alpha, jeunes...) autour de thématiques en lien avec la citoyenneté et l'émancipation. - Créations d'outils pédagogiques adaptés.

Axe 3 : Développement d'actions d'éducation permanente - Mobilisation d'un groupe de participants à des actions d'éducation permanente. - Création et animations d'actions d'éducation permanente .

Par ailleurs, la personne engagée aura pour mission : Soutien au développement d'un centre d'information jeunesse dans les Marolles - Backup pour la tenue des permanences d'information à destination des jeunes de 12 à 25 ans - Soutien à la communication et au développement du réseau - Renfort pour les animations portées par le CIDJ

Axe transversal : Pour l'ensemble des activités, la personne aura en charge, soutenu par la coordination : - La gestion administrative et suivi des projets - La recherche de subventions - La rédaction de dossiers de subventions. - La justification des subventions et des projets - Le suivi des partenariats

  • Maximum Bac + 3 (bachelier/gradué/régent) ou équivalent par expérience. Les candidatures avec Master ne seront pas prises en compte.
  • Compétences pédagogiques et expérience en formation et en création d'outils
  • Rigueur, créativité, facultés d'adaptation
  • sens des responsabilités,
  • Souplesse d'organisation : travail de soirée et de week-end
  • Capacité de communication, d'analyse et de rédaction
  • Capacité de travail autonome et en équipe
  • capacité rédactionnelle
  • Maîtrise des logiciels utiles
  • Une expérience comme formateur est exigée
