Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur (h/f/x) motivé pour animer une formation en accompagnateur de voyage en ligne.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine de l'accompagnement de voyageurs, du tourisme, de l'organisation de voyages, de l'animation de groupes, de la guidance touristique ou de l'encadrement de séjours ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, ainsi qu'une bonne aisance en communication et en transmission des connaissances ;
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, Internet, les plateformes de formation en ligne, les outils de visioconférence, les applications de navigation, les outils de planification et les supports pédagogiques numériques ;
  • Être capable de transmettre des connaissances en accompagnement de voyage de manière claire, structurée, pratique et pédagogique ;
  • Avoir des compétences en préparation et organisation de voyages, gestion de groupes, planification d'itinéraires, logistique de déplacement, réservation de transports et d'hébergements, gestion des imprévus, sécurité des voyageurs, communication interculturelle, information touristique et coordination des activités ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner les apprenants à distance dans la découverte des fondamentaux du métier d'accompagnateur de voyage, la préparation d'un itinéraire, l'organisation d'un séjour, la gestion d'un groupe, la coordination des activités, la gestion des situations imprévues et la communication avec les voyageurs ;
  • Être capable d'animer des formations en ligne à travers des démonstrations, études de cas, mises en situation, jeux de rôle, simulations de situations de voyage et retours personnalisés ;
  • Avoir des compétences en communication, leadership, écoute active, sens du service, organisation, réactivité, gestion du stress, adaptabilité, gestion de groupe, résolution de problèmes et accompagnement personnalisé ;
  • Une expérience en formation en ligne, en accompagnement de voyageurs, en tourisme, en guidage, en animation de groupes ou en organisation de voyages constitue un atout ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des destinations touristiques, des formalités de voyage, des règles de sécurité, des pratiques touristiques et des spécificités culturelles constitue également un atout.
