Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur (h/f/x) motivé pour animer une formation en accompagnateur de voyage à Liège.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine de l'accompagnement de voyageurs, du tourisme, de l'organisation de voyages, de l'animation de groupes, de la guidance touristique ou de l'encadrement de séjours ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, ainsi qu'une bonne aisance en communication et en transmission des connaissances ;
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, Internet, les outils de planification, les applications de navigation, les outils de présentation et les supports pédagogiques numériques ;
  • Être capable de transmettre des connaissances en accompagnement de voyage de manière claire, structurée, pratique et pédagogique ;
  • Avoir des compétences en préparation et organisation de voyages, gestion de groupes, accompagnement des voyageurs, planification d'itinéraires, logistique de déplacement, réservation d'hébergements et de transports, gestion des imprévus, sécurité des voyageurs, communication interculturelle, information touristique, coordination des activités et relation avec les prestataires ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner les apprenants dans la découverte des fondamentaux du métier d'accompagnateur de voyage, la préparation d'un itinéraire, l'organisation d'un séjour, la gestion d'un groupe, la coordination des activités, la gestion des situations imprévues, la communication avec les voyageurs et la mise en pratique des compétences acquises ;
  • Être capable de proposer des exercices pratiques, des études de cas, des mises en situation, des jeux de rôle, des simulations de situations de voyage et des retours personnalisés ;
  • Avoir des compétences en communication, leadership, écoute active, sens du service, organisation, réactivité, gestion du stress, adaptabilité, gestion de groupe, résolution de problèmes et accompagnement personnalisé ;
  • Une expérience en formation, en accompagnement de voyageurs, en tourisme, en guidage, en animation de groupes, en organisation de voyages ou en accompagnement pédagogique constitue un atout ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des destinations touristiques, des pratiques de voyage, des formalités, des règles de sécurité et des spécificités culturelles constitue également un atout.
