Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur motivé pour animer une formation en Adobe Illustrator en ligne.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine du design graphique, de la création visuelle, de l'illustration numérique, de la communication visuelle ou de l'utilisation professionnelle d'Adobe Illustrator ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
  • Maîtriser Adobe Illustrator, les principaux outils de création graphique et les fonctionnalités essentielles de la suite Adobe Creative Cloud ;
  • Être capable d'animer une formation en ligne et de transmettre les connaissances de manière claire, structurée, progressive et pédagogique ;
  • Être à l'aise avec la démonstration des fonctionnalités d'Illustrator à l'écran, l'explication des techniques et la présentation de méthodes de travail adaptées à différents niveaux ;
  • Posséder de solides compétences en création vectorielle, formes et tracés, calques, couleurs, dégradés, motifs, typographie, dessin numérique et composition graphique ;
  • Maîtriser la création de logos, illustrations, supports de communication, visuels professionnels et éléments d'identité visuelle, ainsi que la préparation et l'exportation des fichiers ;
  • Être capable de concevoir des exercices pratiques, tutoriels, démonstrations, études de cas et projets graphiques adaptés à l'apprentissage en ligne ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner et de suivre les apprenants à distance, de répondre à leurs questions, de corriger leurs travaux et de leur fournir des retours constructifs ;
  • Être capable d'adapter son enseignement aux différents niveaux et rythmes d'apprentissage, en favorisant l'autonomie et la progression des participants ;
  • Avoir de bonnes compétences en communication, pédagogie, créativité, organisation, patience, écoute et accompagnement personnalisé ;
  • Une expérience en formation en ligne, animation de classes virtuelles, création de contenus pédagogiques, Adobe Illustrator, design graphique, infographie ou accompagnement d'apprenants constitue un atout.
