Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur motivé pour animer une formation en chakras et aura healing à Bruxelles.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine des chakras, de l'aura healing, du bien-être, des pratiques énergétiques ou du développement personnel ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques et supports pédagogiques nécessaires à la préparation et à l'animation de formations en présentiel ;
  • Être capable de transmettre des connaissances sur les chakras et l'aura healing de manière claire, structurée, accessible, interactive et pédagogique ;
  • Posséder de solides connaissances sur les principes et caractéristiques des principaux chakras, les approches liées à l'aura, les pratiques de relaxation, la méditation, la visualisation guidée et les techniques de bien-être ;
  • Maîtriser différentes techniques de respiration, de relaxation, de méditation et de visualisation pouvant être proposées dans le cadre d'exercices pratiques et d'ateliers de développement personnel ;
  • Être capable d'expliquer les différentes approches énergétiques, leur cadre d'utilisation, leurs objectifs et leurs limites, en présentant les pratiques de manière responsable et sans les substituer à un accompagnement médical ou psychologique ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner les apprenants dans la découverte des concepts liés aux chakras et à l'aura, ainsi que dans l'expérimentation d'exercices pratiques adaptés à leur niveau ;
  • Être capable de proposer des démonstrations, exercices individuels et collectifs, séances de méditation, visualisations guidées et ateliers pratiques favorisant l'apprentissage et l'intégration des connaissances ;
  • Posséder des compétences en gestion du stress, relaxation, développement personnel, écoute et accompagnement du bien-être, ainsi qu'en animation et gestion de groupes ;
  • Être capable de créer un cadre d'apprentissage bienveillant, respectueux et sécurisant, favorisant la participation, l'expression personnelle et les échanges entre les participants ;
  • Avoir de bonnes compétences en communication, écoute active, empathie, bienveillance, pédagogie, organisation, animation de groupe et accompagnement personnalisé ;
  • Faire preuve de discernement, de respect des limites professionnelles et d'une posture éthique dans l'accompagnement des participants ;
  • Une expérience en formation, pratiques énergétiques, méditation, développement personnel, bien-être, animation d'ateliers ou accompagnement pédagogique constitue un atout.
