The posting

Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur (h/f/x) motivé pour animer une formation en coach de vie (niveau avancé) en ligne.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine du coaching de vie, du développement personnel, de l'accompagnement individuel ou collectif ou de l'orientation personnelle et professionnelle ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, afin d'assurer une communication claire, bienveillante et professionnelle avec les clients ou apprenants ;
  • Maîtriser les outils numériques de coaching en ligne, les plateformes de visioconférence, les outils bureautiques, Internet et les solutions de suivi et d'accompagnement à distance ;
  • Être capable de concevoir et animer des séances de coaching de vie avancé de manière structurée, personnalisée et orientée vers les objectifs des participants ;
  • Maîtriser les approches et outils du coaching professionnel et personnel, notamment la définition d'objectifs, l'accompagnement au changement, le développement de la confiance en soi, la gestion des émotions, la motivation, la prise de décision, la communication efficace et l'équilibre de vie ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner les personnes dans l'identification de leurs ressources, de leurs blocages et de leurs leviers de progression, tout en favorisant leur autonomie, leur responsabilisation et leur épanouissement personnel ;
  • Posséder de solides compétences en écoute active, empathie, communication interpersonnelle, analyse des besoins, leadership, bienveillance, confidentialité, organisation et gestion de la relation client ;
  • Être capable de créer des contenus et outils de coaching en ligne : exercices pratiques, plans d'action personnalisés, ateliers virtuels, supports pédagogiques et ressources de développement personnel ;
  • Être capable d'animer des séances individuelles ou de groupe à distance, de maintenir l'engagement des participants et d'assurer un suivi régulier de leur évolution ;
  • Une expérience en coaching avancé, en formation, en accompagnement professionnel, en développement personnel, en animation d'ateliers en ligne ou en création de programmes de transformation personnelle constitue un atout.
  • Un contrat sous statut indépendant ;
  • Des horaires flexibles adaptés au planning des cours ;
  • Un environnement de travail dynamique au sein du campus ;
  • Une collaboration enrichissante avec des étudiants motivés.
