Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur (h/f/x) motivé pour animer une formation en restauration et service traiteur en ligne.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine de la restauration, du service traiteur, de la cuisine professionnelle, de l'organisation d'événements, du service en salle ou de la gestion d'activités de restauration ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, ainsi qu'une bonne aisance en communication et en transmission des connaissances ;
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, Internet, les plateformes de formation en ligne, les outils de visioconférence, les outils de présentation et les supports pédagogiques numériques ;
  • Être capable de transmettre des connaissances en restauration et service traiteur de manière claire, structurée, pratique et pédagogique ;
  • Avoir des compétences en organisation d'un service traiteur, mise en place, service en salle, dressage et présentation, préparation et organisation des prestations, gestion des commandes, planification des événements, gestion des stocks, hygiène et sécurité alimentaire, relation client, coordination d'équipe et gestion des imprévus ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner les apprenants à distance dans la découverte des fondamentaux de la restauration et du service traiteur, la préparation d'une prestation, l'organisation d'un service, la gestion des commandes, la mise en place, le service client, l'application des règles d'hygiène et la gestion des situations professionnelles ;
  • Être capable d'animer des formations en ligne à travers des démonstrations, études de cas, mises en situation, simulations de prestations, exercices pratiques et retours personnalisés ;
  • Avoir des compétences en communication, sens du service, organisation, réactivité, rigueur, gestion du stress, travail en équipe, leadership, pédagogie et accompagnement personnalisé ;
  • Une expérience en formation en ligne, en restauration, en service traiteur, en événementiel, en service en salle ou en gestion de prestations constitue un atout ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, des techniques de service, de la gestion des prestations traiteur et des attentes de la clientèle constitue également un atout.
