Formulemanager Bufkes (FT/PT) Formule Manager Bufkes Nederland Bufkes is een vertrouwd lunchconcept van Limburgse bodem, waar kwaliteit, gastvrijheid en ondernemerschap samenkomen. Met onze herkenbare formule, verse producten en sterke ondernemers zijn we uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde naam in Nederland. Maar we zijn nog lang niet uitgegroeid. Daarom zoeken we een Formule Manager die kansen in de markt ziet, nieuwe locaties en potentiële franchisenemers weet te vinden en commerciële mogelijkheden weet om te zetten in concrete nieuwe vestigingen. Je bouwt actief aan een netwerk, legt nieuwe contacten en begeleidt het traject van eerste kennismaking tot de opening van een nieuwe Bufkes. Zo speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van onze trots. Als onderdeel van Van Melik Food Groep, een dynamische en toonaangevende foodonderneming uit de regio, krijg je de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van een formule met een sterk verhaal en volop ambitie. Wat ga jij doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei en uitbreiding van Bufkes. - Je zoekt actief naar nieuwe locaties en potentiële franchisenemers. - Je voert gesprekken met potentiële franchisenemers en begeleidt het traject naar een nieuwe vestiging. - Je onderhoudt relaties met vastgoedpartijen en andere commerciële partners. - Je signaleert nieuwe kansen en marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete mogelijkheden. - Je werkt nauw samen met directie en interne afdelingen om nieuwe vestigingen succesvol te realiseren. Wat vragen wij? - Je bent commercieel, ondernemend en resultaatgericht. - Je hebt ervaring met acquisitie, sales, business development en/of commerciële expansie. - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent communicatief sterk en goed in onderhandelen en relatiebeheer. - Je ziet kansen, legt gemakkelijk contacten en weet mensen enthousiast te maken. - Je hebt affiniteit met food. - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur ...
