Jij ziet direct welke zendingen prioriteit hebben en wat er moet gebeuren om alles op koers te houden. Als Forwarder ben jij de onmisbare schakel achter de schermen: je regisseert elke beweging, stemt af met alle betrokken partijen en zorgt dat elke zending foutloos en volgens planning verloopt. Het aanbod - Salaris tussen € 3.100,- en € 4.000,-, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Twee keer per jaar een winstuitkering; - 30 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Volledig gedekte zorgverzekering (€ 185 netto per maand); - Een sportschool abonnement; - Werken bij een historisch bedrijf met gedreven collega's. Wat ga je doen als Forwarder? - Plannen, beheren, verwerken en financieel afhandelen van inslagorders voor klanten; - Coördineren en controleren van de volledige inbound containerstroom vanaf deepsea-terminals; - Begeleiden van het traject van aankomst tot en met inlevering van lege containers en het versturen van opslagbevestigingen; - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse checks en kwaliteitscontroles om prestaties te waarborgen; - Samenwerken met de transportafdeling en terminals om prioriteiten te bepalen en klanttevredenheid te behouden; - Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en actief verbeterkansen signaleren. Jouw kwaliteiten - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Forwarder of Expediteur; - Mbo werk- en denkniveau is een pre; - Klantgericht, accuraat en stressbestendig; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Een teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
