The role involves working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, functional cost owners, and central FP&A teams. This position goes beyond traditional financial control, providing proactive guidance and support to budget holders on all aspects of budget management and profitability. What you will do: - Drive the budget & planning process - Produce management reports and provide clear explanations for performance variances to support organizational objectives.
