Ben jij sterk met cijfers en wil je graag een carrière uitbouwen binnen Finance? Dan ben jij misschien de FP&A Assistant die we zoeken.

Als FP&A Assistant ondersteun je het Finance-team bij financiële analyses, rapporteringen, budgetten en forecasts. Je helpt mee om financiële gegevens om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten voor het management en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

Deze functie biedt een uitstekende gelegenheid om ervaring op te bouwen binnen Financial Planning & Analysis en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen.
  • Verzamelen, controleren en analyseren van financiële en operationele gegevens.
  • Assisteren bij budget- en forecastprocessen.
  • Voorbereiden van analyses rond kosten, marges, omzet en productieprestaties.
  • Meehelpen bij het opstellen van managementrapporten.
  • Ondersteunen bij investeringsanalyses en ad-hoc projecten.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van rapporteringstools en dashboards.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van Finance, Productie, Supply Chain en Sales.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar enthousiaste schoolverlaters zijn zeker welkom.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in cijfers en financiële analyses.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen of BI-tools is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent leergierig, proactief en neemt graag initiatief.
