In deze rol ben jij de Finance Business Partner voor jouw toegewezen globale functies. Je bent de centrale bron van financiële inzichten voor de functionele business leaders (global MT) en speelt een sleutelrol in het adviseren bij verbeterprojecten, veranderinitiatieven en investeringsbeslissingen.

  • Voorbereiden van managementrapporten, maandanalyses en deep‑dives.
  • Adviseren en challengen van business leaders op basis van financiële inzichten.
  • Formuleren van proactieve aanbevelingen om prestaties te verbeteren.
  • Mee uitwerken van actieplannen om afwijkingen te corrigeren.
  • Coördineren van het budgetproces en opstellen van kwartaalforecasts.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële modellering ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen.
  • Deelnemen aan ad‑hoc projecten rond procesverbetering en verandering.
  • Optreden als primair financieel aanspreekpunt voor jouw businessdomeinen.
  • Opbouwen van sterke stakeholderrelaties en vertalen van complexe data naar duidelijke inzichten.
  • Ondersteunen van de business in financiële processen (PR/PO, facturen, kostenopvolging).
  • Samenwerken met andere teams om correcte financiële resultaten te garanderen (accruals, cost center‑allocaties).
  • Een ervaren FP&A‑ en/of Business Controller met enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting of Business Administration.
  • Sterke kennis van rapportering, budgettering, forecasting en financiële analyses.
  • Uitstekend in financial modeling, Excel en financiële tools (ervaring met Oracle EPM is een plus).
  • Analytisch sterk, kritisch denker en in staat om complexe data te vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten.
  • Comfortabel in een business partnering‑rol: challengen, adviseren en samenwerken met stakeholders op alle niveaus.
  • Hands‑on, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met IT‑processen is gewenst (maar niet de volledige focus).
  • Flexibel, proactief en goed in een internationale, dynamische omgeving.
  • Vloeiend Engels; Nederlands is een troef.
