DE POSITIE Als FP&A Consultant ben je een financiële businesspartner en een vertrouwde adviseur voor het senior management. Je vertaalt financiële en andere informatie naar concrete inzichten die helpen om beter onderbouwde zakelijke beslissingen te nemen. Je voert analyses uit die inzicht geven in toekomstige bedrijfsprestaties. Je ondersteunt de plannings- en prognoseprocessen en ontwikkelt managementinformatie waarmee de organisatie inzicht krijgt in de belangrijkste prestatiebepalende factoren, risico's en kansen. Ook stel je businesscases op en beoordeel je deze. Daarnaast lever je financiële inzichten voor investeringsbeslissingen, bedrijfsontwikkeling en de strategische planning op langere termijn. Data en digitalisering spelen een belangrijke rol in deze functie. Je gebruikt data-analyse en datavisualisatie om de kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid van managementinformatie te verbeteren en onze FP&A-capaciteiten verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast signaleer je mogelijkheden om financiële processen en werkwijzen te verbeteren. Hierdoor combineert deze functie financiële analyse, business partnering, strategisch inzicht en continu verbeteren.
