THE POSITION As FP&A Consultant, you are a financial business partner and trusted advisor to senior management, translating (financial) information into actionable insights and enable better-informed business decisions. You provide forward-looking analysis on business performance, support planning and forecasting processes, and develop management information that helps the organisation understand key performance drivers, risks and opportunities. You also prepare and review business cases and contribute financial insights to investment and business development decisions and longer-term strategic planning. Data and digitalisation form an important part of the role. You will use data analytics and visualisation to improve the quality and accessibility of management information and to develop our FP&A capabilities. In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve Finance processes and ways of working. This makes the role a combination of financial analysis, business partnering, strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
