The posting

fit20 is marktleider in de Benelux in begeleid krachttraining op maat, met meer dan 170 studio's wereldwijd actief in meer dan 15 landen. Het concept is eenvoudig: 20 minuten krachttraining per week, op afspraak, met persoonlijke begeleiding, zonder te zweten of van kleren te wisselen. Premium positionering, max 300 leden per studio.

De opportuniteit

Wallonië heeft vandaag nog geen enkele fit20 studio. Een regio met meer dan 3,5 miljoen inwoners ligt volledig open. Voor de verdere uitbouw van het netwerk in Wallonië (en mogelijkheid tot Luxemburg en Vlaanderen), zoek ik een franchise development partner.

Wat de rol inhoudt

De franchise developer identificeert, kwalificeert en begeleidt gemotiveerde ondernemers in hun beslissing om een eigen fit20 studio te openen. Alles na de handtekening, opleiding, opening en ledengroei, valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de franchisegever.

De structuur

Zelfstandige samenwerking, geen loondienst

Fee per geopende studio bij effectieve opstart

Maandelijkse royalty op basis van de omzet van elke franchisenemer, doorlopend zolang de studio actief is

Wie consequent franchisenemers vindt, bouwt een passief inkomen op dat jaar na jaar groeit

Normaal is aan deze rol een instapkost verbonden voor licentie en regionale exclusiviteit. Voor de juiste partner wordt dit verrekend met de geboekte resultaten

Belangrijk

De eerste commissie komt bij effectieve opstart van een studio, gemiddeld 6 tot 9 maanden na eerste contact met een kandidaat. Dit is een rol voor iemand met een financieel vangnet en een langetermijnvisie, geen snelle verdienste.

Profiel

Ervaring in sales, recruitment, ondernemerschap of business development. Affiniteit met gezondheid of sport is een pluspunt, geen vereiste. Beschikbaar voor minimaal één à twee dagen per week, met ambitie om dit verder uit te bouwen.
