Onze opdrachtgevers zijn zowel grote als kleine makelaardijen en hypotheek intermediairs. Door de jaren heen hebben wij een netwerk opgebouwd aan loyale en opdrachtgevers en uitstekende kandidaten. Functieomschrijving Als Franchise Recruiter ben je commercieel verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van new business en het tot stand brengen van de match tussen opdrachtgevers en kandidaten. Je bouwt een eigen netwerk op en acquireert nieuwe opdrachten. Daarnaast ben je accountmanager voor bestaande relaties, volwaardig adviseur voor kandidaten en strategisch sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers.
