Als franchisenemer bij ViaViela run je als zelfstandig ondernemer je eigen gastouderbureau. Je bent een echte bemiddelaar en brengt ouders en gastouders bij elkaar. Een ViaViela gastouderbureau bestaat uit een netwerk van zo'n 30 tot 200 gastouders die samen al snel 100 tot 800 kinderen opvangen. Als franchisenemer ben jij de spil tussen die opvangrelaties. Klinkt dynamisch? Dat is het ook. Plannen maken & uitvoeren Zo stel je een eigen jaarplan op, waarin je de plannen uitwerkt voor het beheer en de uitbouw van jouw vestiging. Vanuit jouw eigen kantoor (aan huis of ergens op locatie) weet je op een zelfstandige manier je plannen uit te voeren. Je bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken en hebt dagelijks contact met gastouders en vraagouders. Je brengt ze bij elkaar, sluit nieuwe contracten en beantwoordt vragen. Ondertussen werf je nieuwe gastouders en vraagouders en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de opvang. Dit doe je door het bezoeken van opvanglocaties, het voeren van evaluatiegesprekken en het ondersteunen van gastouders op pedagogisch vlak. Medewerkers Afhankelijk van in welke fase jouw onderneming zich bevindt, heb je ook één of meerdere medewerkers in dienst.
