Je bemiddelt kandidaten bij diverse lokale bedrijven en bouwt hier een netwerk op! Jij wordt het aanspreekpunt voor vacatures en kandidaten binnen jouw specialistische label. De Flexibility Ondernemer: - Het benaderen van potentiële klanten om vacatures binnen te halen; - Je werft en bemiddelt kandidaten voor deze vacatures; - Je weet jezelf als arbeidsbemiddelaar op de kaart te zetten in jouw werkgebied - Het is jouw onderneming en met jouw natuurlijke gedrevenheid ga je ervoor zorgen dat dit een succes wordt! Als franchisegever bieden wij jou uitgebreide ondersteuning, denk o.a. aan trainingen op het gebied van wet & regelgeving, commercie en ondernemerschap. Wij hebben een professionele backoffice die jou volledig ondersteunt. Jij kunt je als ondernemer full focus richten op het bemiddelen van personeel. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar gedreven, enthousiaste, commerciële kandidaten. Ervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling is een pré maar geen must!
