Groei staat centraal, niet alleen van het bedrijf, maar vooral van de mensen die er werken. Je start als storemanager van één van de showrooms in Rotterdam en jij krijgt een sleutelrol. Jij bouwt aan een sterk team, zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving en stuurt actief op commerciële resultaten. Tegelijkertijd word jij klaargestoomd voor de volgende stap: ondernemerschap als franchiser. Dit is dus geen eindstation, maar een bewuste tussenfase waarin jij leert, groeit en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Wat je doet In deze rol combineer je commercie, leiderschap en coaching. Jij bent zichtbaar op de vloer en neemt je team daarin mee. - Klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij het maken van complete 3D-keukenontwerpen - Een voorbeeldrol vervullen in verkoop, service en klantcontact - Je team coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen richting betere resultaten - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor roosters, planning en dagelijkse aansturing - Voeren van voortgangs-, kwartaal- en jaargesprekken - Zorgen dat de showroom er verzorgd, inspirerend en commercieel aantrekkelijk uitziet - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, presentatie en klantbeleving Je leert sturen op KPI's, omzet en teamontwikkeling.
