Voor onze Juridische klant in Wolvertem zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve medewerker ter ondersteuning van één specifieke dienst binnen deze organisatie. Je komt terecht in een team dat instaat voor de administratieve opvolging van invorderingsdossiers binnen de energiesector. Hierbij zal je zowel minnelijk als gerechtelijk dossiers opvolgen.

Jouw focus ligt voornamelijk op:

  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact (mail) met debiteuren
  • Opvolgen en beheren van openstaande dossiers
  • Administratieve verwerking en registratie van gegevens
  • Ondersteunende administratieve taken binnen de dienst
  • Agendabeheer

Wie ben jij?

  • We zoeken iemand die zich vlot kan inwerken in een gestructureerde en soms uitdagende omgeving
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan standvastig optreden in communicatie
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Ervaring in een administratieve of telefonische functie is een pluspunt
