Wil jij mee de strijd aangaan tegen cybercriminaliteit? Voor een Cybersecurity Specialist te Aartselaar is Konvert Boom opzoek naar een Fraude Analist. Als Fraude Analist sta je dagelijks mee aan de frontlinie en speur je verdachte online banktransacties op om zo cybercriminelen en oplichters een stapje voor te zijn.

  • Met behulp van interne software monitor je het betalingsverkeer van verschillende klanten. Als je een verdachte overschrijving opmerkt aan de hand van bepaalde triggers, stem je af met de klant om te verifiëren of deze transactie daadwerkelijk op eigen initiatief is uitgevoerd
  • Als blijkt dat het om een frauduleuze overschrijving gaat, kom jij meteen in actie. De overschrijving moet worden gestopt, rekeningen moeten worden geblokkeerd en meerdere administratieve stappen moeten worden doorlopen
  • Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een groter supportteam dat dagelijks vragen beantwoordt met betrekking tot mogelijke bankfraude en phishing, zowel voor klanten als interne medewerkers. Samen vormen jullie een team van experts op het gebied van fraudebestrijding
  • Je bent bereid te werken in verschillende shiften: vroege-, late-, nacht- en weekendshiften
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk in het Frans en Nederlands zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met de IT-sector of de banksector
  • Je bent zeer punctueel en hecht veel waarde aan nauwkeurigheid in administratief werk
  • Je kunt discreet omgaan met gevoelige informatie. Geheimhouding en professionaliteit zijn van groot belang in deze functie
  • Je bent klantgericht en behulpzaam
  • Je beschikt over een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent stressbestendig
