  • Dagelijkse zoek jij naar verdachte transacties, waardoor je criminelen en oplichters te snel af bent
  • Je voorkomt fraude en ontdekt nieuwe fraudetrends door een analytische monitoring van transacties
  • Als onderzoeker ben jij verantwoordelijk vanaf de fraudemelding tot afsluiten dossier
  • Jouw snelle reactie maakt het verschil in het voorkomen van het verlies van de klant
  • Blink uit als fraude analist en vorm samen een team van experten

Bijkomend verdiep je je in het securitybeleid binnen Secutec, en ben je bereid dit nauwkeurig op te volgen en de nodige acties te ondernemen. Bij deze acties horen onder andere het opvolgen van trainingen, campagnes en andere security-gerelateerde opleidingen.

Aan de hand van een interne software monitoren wij het betaalverkeer van verschillende klanten. Merk jij een verdachte overschrijving op aan de hand van enkele triggers? Dan stem jij met de klant af of deze transactie effectief werd uitgevoerd op eigen initiatief.

Indien dit een frauduleuze overschrijving blijkt te zijn schiet jij onmiddellijk in actie! De overschrijving dient tegen gehouden te worden, rekeningen dienen geblokkeerd te worden en meerdere administratieve stappen dienen doorlopen te worden.

Daarnaast werk je in een groter support team dat dagelijks instaat voor het beantwoorden van vragen in verband met mogelijke bankfraude en phishing, dit zowel voor klanten als interne medewerkers. Samen vormen jullie een experten team op het gebied fraude!

Vereiste competenties

  • Jij kan je uitermate flexibel opstellen naar werkuren Dagdienst, nachtdienst, weekendwerk,… het kan allemaal voor jou!
  • Je spreekt Nederlands op moedertaalniveau maar je kan ook aardig woordje Frans
  • Je hebt een aantoonbare affiniteit met de IT-sector of met de banksector (heb je deze ervaring nog niet? Bekijk dan zeker onze junior vacature!)
  • Administratief ben jij zeer punctueel en zet jij graag de puntjes op de i
  • Jij kan discreet omgaan met gevoelige informatie. Geheimhouding en professionaliteit is zeer belangrijk in deze functie.
  • Je bent klantgericht en behulpzaam
  • Je hebt de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin en je bent stressbestendig
