Wat doet Soulving HR? Soulving HR verbindt bedrijven met freelance HR-professionals: HR business partners, recruiters, comp & ben-specialisten, interim HR-managers, payroll experts. De vraag naar tijdelijke HR-capaciteit groeit sneller dan wij ze kunnen opvolgen.

Daarom zoeken we een freelance Account Manager die twee dingen tegelijk doet: nieuwe klanten binnenhalen én het netwerk van freelance HR-consultants uitbouwen dat die klanten bedient. Je werkt volledig op commissie: geen vast bedrag, geen plafond.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Nieuwe klanten prospecteren en binnenhalen: KMO's, scale-ups en grotere organisaties met een tijdelijke of projectmatige HR-nood
  • Vacatures en opdrachten kwalificeren: scope, timing, dagtarief, profiel
  • De relatie onderhouden en uitbouwen naar herhaalopdrachten
  • Freelance HR-consultants opsporen, actief benaderen en aan je netwerk toevoegen
  • Hun profiel, tarief en beschikbaarheid in kaart brengen
  • De juiste consultant matchen met de juiste opdracht, en de introductie tot en met de start begeleiden
  • Actieve deelname aan beurzen, events & communities

Welke kennis & kunde zit in je rugzak?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in sales, recruitment, staffing of consultancy, bij voorkeur binnen HR of professional services
  • Een netwerk dat je vandaag al kan activeren, aan klant- of consultantzijde (of beide)
  • Je bent zelfstandig ondernemer of bereid dat te worden (geldig ondernemingsnummer en btw-nummer)
  • Vlot in het Nederlands, professioneel in het Engels
  • Je beschikt over een vlotte babbel, een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en goesting in een stevige uitdaging.
