The posting

Voor onze klant, waar we al succesvol mee hebben samengewerkt, vandaar dat we zeker zijn dat je in een heel fijn warm team terecht komt, gaan we terug actief op zoek naar een tijdelijke freelance accountancy invulling.

We ambiëren een voltijdse invulling, dit is een harde eis, deze opdracht wordt voorzien een 4 maanden te lopen met opstart November/ December '26.

Takenpakket:

- Je neemt de volledige boekhouding A-Z van één van de Belgische entiteiten op, van het inboeken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen tot de opvolging daarvan.

- Je verzorgt de betalingen via het online betaalsysteem en bewaakt actief de openstaande klanten- en leveranciersposten.

- Je speelt een actieve rol bij de afsluitingen, belastingaangiften en audits.

- Je doet de boekhoudkundige verwerking van de projecten via percentage of completion methode.

- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de accounting mailbox en communiceert professioneel met klanten en leveranciers.

Verwachtingen:

  • Je beschikt over een Graduaat, Bachelor- of Master diploma in accountancy/financiën en hebt reeds relevante werkervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige functie waarbij je volledig zelfstandig aan de slag gaat.
  • Goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige wetgeving (BE GAAP) en fiscale regelgeving (BTW en vennootschapsbelasting) is noodzakelijk.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online.
