The posting

Sinds 2014 bouwt Solora aan een duurzame energietoekomst. We ontwerpen, realiseren en beheren industriële zonne-installaties in België, Nederland en Frankrijk en met meer dan 80 medewerkers zijn we uitgegroeid tot een erkende speler in de sector.

Onze klanten vertrouwen op ons voor de volledige ontzorging van hun energietraject: van zonne-energie en opslag (BESS) tot energiebeheer (EMS). Die vertrouwensrelatie begint bij de bouw, maar staat of valt met wat er daarna komt: installaties die dag na dag blijven presteren.

Ter vervanging van een collega tijdens haar zwangerschapsverlof zoeken we een freelance Accountant die ons Finance Team tijdelijk komt versterken. Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht vanaf december 2026 voor een periode van circa 4 maanden.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als Freelance Accountant maak je deel uit van het Finance Team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking van het team, in een veelzijdige A-Z rol.

Jouw kerntaken:

  • Je staat in voor de volledige boekhouding A-Z van één van onze Belgische entiteiten, van het inboeken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen tot de opvolging ervan
  • Je verzorgt de betalingen via ons online betaalsysteem en bewaakt actief de openstaande klanten- en leveranciersposten
  • Je speelt een actieve rol bij de afsluitingen, belastingaangiften en audits
  • Je doet de boekhoudkundige verwerking van de projecten via percentage of completion methode
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de accounting mailbox, communiceert professioneel met klanten en leveranciers

Jij...

  • beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in accountancy/financiën
  • hebt reeds relevante werkervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige functie
  • hebt goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige wetgeving (BE GAAP) en fiscale regelgeving (BTW en vennootschapsbelasting)
  • bent vertrouwd met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • werkt nauwkeurig en brengt vlot organisatie aan in je werk
  • bent zowel klant- als teamgericht ingesteld en bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • hebt kennis van Exact Online, dat is een mooie troef!
