Freelance Office ondersteunt ondernemingen met office management, back office, HR, rekrutering en administratie. Onze marketing staat al: nieuwe website, Google Ads met correcte tracking, een marketingdashboard en een opgevolgde leadlijst. Vanaf december neem jij het over en maak je het beter.

Wat je doet

  • Google Ads: budget, zoekwoorden, advertenties, conversies en een maandelijks rapport
  • Leads naar klanten: samen met sales opvolgen wat binnenkomt, wat klant wordt en wat een klant kost
  • Aansturen: onze collega’s voor website, content en mails
  • Elk kwartaal: wat werkt, wat niet, wat we volgend kwartaal doen
  • Testen: nieuwe kanalen, zoals een tweede leadkanaal of zichtbaarheid in AI-zoekmachines

Bijkomende opdracht

Naast de wekelijkse uren zet je een langetermijnstrategie en een AI-marketingstrategie op. Dit is een aparte opdracht, die we samen afbakenen.

Wat je krijgt

  • Een uitgewerkte strategie en positionering
  • Elke week een korte call met onze CEO

Wat je moet hebben

  • Sales-ervaring. Zonder sales-ervaring hoef je niet te solliciteren. Je weet wat een lead waard is omdat je zelf klanten binnenhaalde.
  • Minstens 5 jaar B2B-marketing, liefst bij dienstenbedrijven die aan kmo’s verkopen
  • Zelf opgezette en beheerde Google Ads Search-campagnes, met cijfers als bewijs
  • Je maakt een jaarplan en vertaalt het naar acties per maand
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van mensen of een klein team
  • Freelance of zelfstandig in bijberoep, 4 uur per week op een vaste dag
  • Punch: je komt to-the-point, spreekt tegen waar nodig en werkt zonder begeleiding
  • Ervaring met Meta Ads of LinkedIn Ads is een plus.
