Autoglass Clinic is volop in beweging. We groeien, professionaliseren onze financiële werking, implementeren nieuwe systemen en realiseren verdere groei onder andere via overnames en integraties van franchiseondernemingen.

Om Finance hierin te versterken, zoeken we een ervaren Freelance Business Controller met expertise in M&A, due diligence en financiële analyse.

We zoeken iemand die strategisch kan meedenken met CFO en management, maar tegelijk voldoende hands-on is om zelf in de cijfers te duiken en dossiers vooruit te trekken.

Jouw uitdaging

Je krijgt een brede rol op het kruispunt van business controlling, M&A en finance transformation.

Concreet:

  • Je ondersteunt financiële due diligence bij potentiële overnames, waaronder franchiseondernemingen.
  • Je analyseert historische cijfers, rendabiliteit, cashflow, werkkapitaal, risico's en financiële opportuniteiten.
  • Je bouwt financiële modellen, businesscases en scenarioanalyses ter ondersteuning van overnamebeslissingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de financiële integratie van overgenomen ondernemingen in de bestaande organisatie.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en vertaalt financiële data naar duidelijke inzichten voor CFO en management.
  • Je ondersteunt forecasting, budgettering en managementrapportering.
  • Je helpt Finance verder professionaliseren en speelt een actieve rol bij de implementatie van nieuwe systemen, rapportering en processen.
  • Je identificeert verbeterpunten en zet deze om in concrete acties.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een senior freelance financeprofessional met een sterke achtergrond in business controlling en financiële analyse.

Ervaring met M&A, due diligence, overnames of post-acquisition integration is een belangrijke troef.

Je kunt op hoog niveau sparren met CFO en management, maar hebt tegelijk een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit. Zelf een financieel model bouwen, cijfers uit verschillende bronnen samenbrengen of diep in een overnamedossier duiken? Dat hoort voor jou gewoon bij de job.

Je voelt je thuis in een organisatie in verandering, brengt structuur in complexiteit en neemt zelfstandig ownership over je dossiers.
