The posting

Charge-R8 groeit hard en daarom zoeken we iemand die een deel van onze dagelijkse customer service zelfstandig kan overnemen.

Niet iemand die alleen mails verwerkt, maar iemand die graag uitzoekt wat er aan de hand is, klanten verderhelpt en pas escaleert wanneer dat echt nodig is.

Charge-R8 beheert laadpalen en laadpassen voor bedrijven en zelfstandigen. Dat betekent dat onze support heel uiteenlopend is. De ene klant heeft een vraag over een factuur, bij de andere werkt een laadpas niet en bij nog iemand anders staat een laadpaal offline.

Je hoeft vandaag nog niets van laadpalen te kennen. Je moet wél technisch genoeg ingesteld zijn om onze systemen te leren begrijpen en zelf op zoek te gaan naar een oplossing.

Wat ga je doen?

Je volgt inkomende klantvragen op via mail en ons CRM.

Je controleert bijvoorbeeld waarom een laadpas niet werkt, of een laadpaal online staat, of een account correct geconfigureerd is en waar een bepaalde laadsessie of factuur vandaan komt.

Veel problemen kun je na je inwerkperiode zelf oplossen. Voor complexere problemen neem je contact op met onze technische partners of escaleer je intern.

Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat klantgegevens en dossiers correct bijgehouden worden in onze systemen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je schrijft en spreekt zeer goed Nederlands. Een goede kennis van Engels is belangrijk. Frans is een pluspunt.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en bent digitaal sterk. Nieuwe software schrikt je niet af.

Je bent klantgericht, maar durft ook zelf beslissingen te nemen. Als je voor elke mail eerst bevestiging nodig hebt, gaat deze opdracht waarschijnlijk niet bij je passen.

Ervaring in customer service, customer operations, technische support of een gelijkaardige functie is belangrijk. Ervaring met EV charging is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen vereiste.
