We zijn de onderneming achter sterke merken zoals Foodbag.be (dé Belgische maaltijdbox), Foodprepper (de snelste maaltijdbox) en 15gram.be (de populairste kookblog van Vlaanderen). Met een passie voor kwaliteit en gezonde voeding leveren we maaltijdboxen en verse ingrediënten rechtstreeks aan huis. We geloven in duurzaamheid, lokaal geteelde producten en het creëren van heerlijke, voedzame gerechten.

Voor een tijdelijke opdracht binnen ons Sourcing & Supplier Relations team zijn we op zoek naar een freelance Data Beheerder. Je neemt deels de taken van een collega over en speelt daarnaast een sleutelrol als key user in de uitrol van ons nieuwe ERP systeem.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Freelance Data Beheerder?

  • Je beheert, actualiseert en controleert onze ingrediënt- & leveranciersinformatie, zodat alle data accuraat en up to date blijft.
  • Ook onze sourcing managers kunnen op je rekenen, bijvoorbeeld voor administratieve taken zoals data invoer en gegevensbeheer.
  • Rapporten opstellen over leveranciersprestaties (kwaliteit, tijdigheid, naleving) en ingrediënten (kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid) behoort tot je takenpakket, en je vertaalt die inzichten naar concrete verbeterpunten voor het sourcing team.
  • Ontbrekende gegevens en technische fiches bij leveranciers volg je nauwgezet op, en hierover neem je rechtstreeks contact met hen op.
  • Als key user speel je een sleutelrol in de uitrol van ons nieuwe ERP systeem: dankzij jouw grondige kennis van de interne data adviseer en ondersteun je het team doorheen dit traject.
  • Met dank aan je AI kennis ontwikkel je efficiëntere workflows en automatisaties, om ons databeheer naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Samen met de data beheerder van het productteam bouw je aan een uniforme datastructuur.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, ervaring in de foodsector is een plus.
  • Datagedreven en food minded, dat ben jij: je werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch.
  • Kennis van een ERP tool (SAP of Microsoft Dynamics) heb je al, en ervaring met een ERP implementatie is een sterke troef.
  • Met Excel ben je vlot vertrouwd, ervaring met PowerBI, Databricks of Salesforce is een plus.
  • AI minded ben je zeker, en je zet dit graag in om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Communiceren doe je vlot, je bent proactief en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Nederlands spreek je vloeiend, Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent minstens 3 dagen per week beschikbaar, bij voorkeur op ons kantoor in Gent (Dok Noord), met ruimte voor thuiswerk.
  • Je kan snel starten en bent als freelancer beschikbaar tot en met juni 2026, met een kans op verlenging.
