Wat ga je doen?

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring word je ingezet op opdrachten rond:

  • behandelen en opvolgen van omgevingsvergunningen;
  • ruimtelijke ordening en stedenbouwkundige dossiers;
  • adviseren van burgers, architecten en projectontwikkelaars;
  • voorbereiden van dossiers voor het college van burgemeester en schepenen;
  • interpreteren en toepassen van de omgevingswetgeving;
  • opstellen van adviezen en beleidsvoorstellen;
  • samenwerken met interne diensten en externe partners.
  • Je hebt ervaring als deskundige omgeving, omgevingsambtenaar, medewerker ruimtelijke ordening of deskundige omgevingsvergunningen binnen een lokaal bestuur.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de regelgeving rond omgevingsvergunningen en ruimtelijke ordening.
  • Je communiceert vlot met burgers, architecten, projectontwikkelaars en collega's.
  • Je plant en organiseert je werk efficiënt en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende dossiers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent bereid om opdrachten uit te voeren binnen een straal van maximaal één uur rijden vanaf je woonplaats (rekening houdend met de gebruikelijke verkeersdrukte).
