  • Je maakt je lessen interactief en afwisselend, zodat deelnemers aan de opleidingen nieuwe kennis, vaardigheden en attitudes verwerven en kunnen toepassen in de praktijk.
  • Je maakt gebruik van relevante (digitale) werkvormen om de leerervaring te verbeteren en creëert op die manier betrokkenheid.
  • Je ontwikkelt lesmateriaal (hand-outs, online content, praktische oefeningen) en/of zorgt ervoor dat het beschikbare lesmateriaal up-to-date en relevant is voor de doelgroep.
  • Je co-creëert nieuwe opleidingen in de sector met de sectorverantwoordelijke en/of mededocenten.
  • Je stimuleert ondernemerschap en professioneel gedrag bij de doelgroep van je opleiding, zodat ze zowel vakinhoudelijke kennis opdoen als zich voorbereiden op de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je coacht cursisten gedurende de opleiding zodat ze hun doelen (be)halen.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de Groep Syntra West en draagt bij aan het imago van onze organisatie als plek voor vakkennis, ondernemerschap en innovatie.

Hoe ziet de lesopdracht eruit?

  • Doelgroep: Energieprestatieverslaggevers (EPB/EPC/ventilatie/...) en energieprestatiedeskundigen (ventilatie/airco/...)
  • Lesmoment: overdag/ 's avonds (nog te bepalen)
  • Leslocatie: Campus Oostende, Campus Kortrijk, Campus Gent, online (nog te bepalen)
  • De mogelijke lesinhouden worden afgetoetst en besproken in de loop van het selectieproces.
