Bij Bakkerij Carl schakelen we een versnelling hoger. We willen onze financiële processen stroomlijnen en beslissingen nemen op basis van betrouwbare data en scherpe inzichten. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende Freelance Financial & Business Controller die mee aan de basis wil staan van onze financiële professionalisering.

Wat mag je verwachten?

In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je het opzetten van financial & business controlling met het borgen van onze boekhoudkundige processen:

  • Controlling Stroomlijnen van financiële processen en controles over alle groepsvennootschappen. Bewaken van algemene en analytische boekhouding. Creëren van zinvolle dashboards, KPI-rapportages. Opmaken van budget en cash flow forecast.
  • Analyse & Reporting Kostprijzen, marges en rendementen per activiteit nauwkeuring in kaart brengen en analyseren. In gesprek gaan met de business om conclusies en trends verder te verklaren. Sparringpartner zijn: Je slaat de brug tussen de dagelijkse cijfers en de strategische doelen van AFS.
  • Je bent werkzaam als zelfstandig financieel professional (freelance).
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring, waaronder ervaring in financiële audit.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten van financiële dashboards en rapportering.
  • Je bent hands-on en oplossingsgericht: het controleren van boekingen en het draaien van afsluitingen schrikken je net zo min af als het bouwen van financiële modellen.
  • Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van Excel en Word en ervaring met ERP-/boekhoudsoftware.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt zelfstandig en weet complexe cijfers helder te vertalen naar operationele acties.
  • Je bent gedreven en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en groei van ons bedrijf.
